Return and Warranty
DollarShop is committed to customer satisfaction and keeping our prices low every day, and our return policy reflects this commitment.
If, for any reason, you have concerns, questions, or need assistance with a product, please Contact Us, before returning it.
IMPORTANT: All returns must reference an appropriate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which may be obtained from a DollarShop customer service agent by Contact Us, email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Live Chat button on our website. RMA Numbers are valid from 7 days after issuance. Please write RMA Number below our address on the outside of the box. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused.
- All sales are final. Returns of items, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days after receipt.
- Returned items must be resalable in original packaging, and with all manuals, parts, and accessories.We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.
- Original shipping, return shipping, taxes and handling costs are non-refundable,other than items with defect.
- We cannot accept items which are damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, or accidental or normal wear and tear.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
48 hour Grace Period for Returns
Returns are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours after receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of DollarShop and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
One Year Repair Warranty for Electronics, Computers, and Kitchen Appliances
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition. We cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.
If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the item direct to Manufacturer, unless it is DOA (within 7 days after receipt).
DollarShop issues refunds based on the original form of payment. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process a return after it arrives. For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.
DOA (Dead on Arrival or Damaged on Arrival) Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please Contact Us for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. The associated item will be exchanged with a new product free of charge (we will reimburse the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. Let it be known: every single purchase is 100% risk-free each time you shop at DollarShop.
Please kindly provide us with proof as below:
- The photos of original package with front and back sides
- The photos or video of the damaged item(s)
You need to pay the return shipping fee first. After DollarShop has received the item and confirmed the DOA, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt slip up to $20.
Missing Items(Items Missed Completely or partially from an Order)
Please Contact Us within 7 days of the order being received. We will ship the missing item to you. If the item is just out of stock, full refund of the item's price will be issued.
Wrong Items Received
Please Contact Us within 7 days of the order being received and provide us a clear picture of the item received. We will ship your original item to you.
You may need to send the wrong item back to us; please pay the return shipping fee first, we will compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.
